RailBridger Compact wireless link enclosure between cars PoE power supply EN50155 and EN 45545-2

The RailBridger is a compact wireless link solution between cars and trains designed to replace or complement a railway IP backbone when cabling is impossible, too costly, or limited in throughput.

It uses the free 60 GHz band and the 802.11ad standard to establish a high-speed point-to-point connection, without interfering with traditional 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz WiFi networks.

Its operation in Ethernet Layer 2 bridge mode, PoE power supply, HTTPS/SNMPv3 management, and AES 128 encryption make it a simple solution to integrate into an embedded network architecture.

It is particularly suitable for train renovation or modernization projects, with a dynamic network recomposition according to the assembly of cars.
