DS03A Door Sensor

The DS03A is a door open/close sensor designed for IoT applications. It detects the door status (open or closed) and transmits the data via LoRaWAN, NB-IoT or LTE-M (CAT-M1) to an IoT server. Users can view door status, open duration, and open counts. The sensor can be configured to disable real-time uplink for each open/close event, instead counting events locally and sending periodic updates.

The DS03A features a Datalog Function, allowing it to store data locally if the network is unavailable, and upload the data once connectivity is restored. It also offers an Open Alarm Feature, which triggers an alert if the door remains open longer than a preset time.

Designed for outdoor use, it has a weatherproof enclosure and industrial-grade battery suitable for extreme temperatures. Configuration is easy via BLE, and OTA (Over-The-Air) updates are supported. It operates on either a Li-SOCI2 battery or a solar panel with a Li-ion battery for long-term use over several years.
