In order to support our growth, we are looking for a sales administration manager.

 

Position and mission

Contract: Permanent

You will strengthen the existing commercial and administrative team. This position is based in our Villeurbanne office, with 1 day of remote work possible. 

 

Central to client relations. You are responsible for the proper execution of orders and intervene from the supply chain to the management of billing.

Your missions and responsibilities will include the following :

  • Production realization and monitoring
  • Delivery realization and reception monitoring
  • Billing monitoring and management of credits
  • Relations with carriers
  • Management of customer returns and RMAs
  • Monitoring of reminders and orders
